Data Deletion
Disconnect access
For Google connections, revoke Cartora's access from your Google Account's third-party connections, or ask your Cartora workspace administrator to disconnect the integration. For Meta connections (Meta Ads, Facebook Pages, Instagram), open your Facebook settings, find Business Integrations or Apps and Websites, and remove Cartora. Revoking a permission stops future authorized access but does not by itself delete reports Cartora has already generated.
Request deletion of stored information
Email hello@cartora.tech with the subject “Cartora data deletion request.” Identify your Cartora workspace and the affected Google or Meta account or Page by name or identifier, and what you want deleted. Do not send access tokens, passwords, or other credentials by email. We verify requester authority, then explain the action taken, any retention exception required by law or contract, and whether further steps are needed. A report already delivered to a third-party destination (email, Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram) may need to be deleted separately at that destination.
Meta-specific instructions
If you authorized Cartora through Meta's integrations, you can remove that authorization in your Meta account settings and submit a deletion request using the email above. This page is a public, user-facing data deletion instructions page. It is not an automated Meta data deletion callback endpoint and does not issue an automatic deletion confirmation code.
