Terms of Service
1. Acceptance and authority
By accessing cartora.tech or using Cartora's connected reporting and workflow services, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you are authorized to represent. If you have a separately signed order form or service agreement with Cartora, that agreement governs to the extent it conflicts with this page.
2. The service
Cartora connects approved data sources so authorized users can monitor performance, analyze results, troubleshoot issues, plan campaigns, and make optimization decisions from inside Claude or ChatGPT through Cartora MCP, and can turn recurring analysis, reports, alerts, and stakeholder updates into scheduled workflows. Features available to you depend on your subscription, pilot scope, configuration, and the data sources you connect.
3. Human control of campaign actions
You retain control of budgets, bids, targeting, campaign state, creative publication, and other consequential campaign changes. Cartora reads approved data, analyzes and reconciles it, creates outputs, and schedules and delivers permitted workflows. Cartora does not autonomously change your campaigns.
4. Your responsibilities
You must have authority to connect the accounts you connect, to grant the permissions you grant, and to specify the recipients you specify. You are responsible for the accuracy of those permissions and destinations. You may not use the service to violate law, a connected platform's own terms, a third party's privacy rights, or security restrictions, and may not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or interference with the service.
5. Third-party platforms
Google, Meta, and other connected platforms are independent services with their own terms, permission screens, rate limits, and policies. Service availability and data accuracy can be affected by a connected platform's outage, policy change, or revoked permission. Cartora may suspend a connection that becomes unlawful or violates a connected platform's terms.
6. Data ownership and instructions
As between you and Cartora, you retain your rights in the business data you connect or supply. You authorize Cartora to process that data to provide the services you request, including generating reports and delivering them to the destinations you designate. Cartora will not sell your connected platform data. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
7. AI-assisted outputs
Analysis, recommendations, and automated reports produced through the service are decision-support material. They can be incomplete, stale, or incorrect, and are not a guarantee of accuracy, attribution, or business results. Review material decisions and delivery configurations before acting on them.
8. Fees and changes
Fees, pilot duration, service levels, and cancellation terms are set out in an order form or signed agreement where one applies. Without such an agreement, no specific uptime, support response time, or refund is promised by this page alone. We may change or discontinue a feature with reasonable notice where required.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict the service to address a security threat, unlawful use, or a material breach of these terms. You may revoke a platform authorization directly with that provider and request workspace closure by contacting hello@cartora.tech. Termination does not recall reports already delivered to a third-party destination; deletion requests are handled under our Privacy Policy.
10. Liability and contact
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those stated in a signed agreement. Liability caps, indemnities, governing law, and dispute terms are set out in a signed agreement where one exists; this page does not create those terms on its own. Questions or legal notices can be sent to hello@cartora.tech. We may revise these terms and will post the effective date above.
